Lost sound

When I try and add an mp3 song onto one of my projects and play it back, I
can't hear anything. When I move the seek bar back and forth a bit, the
sound comes back, but if I move the seek bar back to the beginning of the mp3
file, no sound comes out. When I look at it in the Audio/Music it shows a
straight line, indicating there should be no sound, even though it does play
the music but only if I move the seek bar.

When I first used the mp3 file in Windows Movie Maker it worked fine, but
now it doesn't. The mp3 file plays in Windows Media Player but not in Movie
Maker or Adobe Photoshop Album. Also, it is only this certain file that I
can't hear. All other mp3 files that I use work fine.

Anyone know how to fix this?

MP3 is not to clever in MM...far better to convert it to a WAV file...if
you do not have a converter go to my website select GREAT LINKS > KNOWLEDGE
