Lost sound

Have upgraded from windows 98 to XP (with sp 2 upgrade). All sound has
disappeared! Any ideas ou there. Many thanks. David A.

Got the latest drivers?

Open an Internet Browser..
In the Location/Address area, type in the manufacturer's web page address
for the sound card in question.
Look there for new Windows XP Compatible drivers.
Download them.
Install them.

Checked the MUTE/Volume settings?
