A continuing annoyance is that SeaMonkey (a Mozilla browser derivative)
will not connect if it has inadvertently been left running when Vista
enters SLEEP. To revive it, its task must be killed.
Any new ideas on why this occurs? Various settings have been tested, to
no effect. Other programs that connect to the Net do not suffer this woe.
