Lost right click "Resize Image" on XP2

Just noticed on new laptop that I don't have the useful feature on right click
to resize an image.
Advice appreciated.

Hi Gel,

The Resize option in the context menu is not a default feature in XP. This
feature can be added, though, by installing Microsoft PowerToys for Windows
XP:

Sometimes when I print pages from the internet, the right side of the image
gets chopped off during printing. Will this resize power toy allow me to
reduce the image size and then print the full page without cropping?
