DL said:Files cannot be lost/deleted on a pc without specific user action. The
default location for a pst is shown here;

You should search all username locations
Or run a search, using 'search companion' (bottom of Windows Search
window) to include hiddon files for *.pst
If you did delete pst's they should be located in Recycle Bin

I downloaded the "Outlook Tools", and it didn't help me locate the missing
profile. I think it's gone for good, it wasn't in the recycle bin either.
So, I'm building back my contacts list and will have to be more careful in
the future about what I do. Thanks for all the help you've given me.
