lost pictures

My friend put my pictures from my camera on my computer
using the Dazzle. After being offline for a long time I
found out I had that blaster worm
and had to restore to an earlier date. So after trying to
unrestore (if that is possible)realizing my pictures may
be gone.
Can I get these pictures back? My help and support in my
computer does not explains things well enough for me to
understand. ks

If the pictures were on your desktop, then I beleive (from experience) that
they are gone. I also mistook the info saying that all personal files are
left untouched, but I think that's only if they are in the My Documents
folder.

Posted 'as is'. If there are any spelling and/or grammar mistakes, they
were a direct result of my fingers and brain not being synchronized or my
lack of caffeine.
