Lost Pictures

I recently had to overtake my administrator folder because after I created
two account my Administrator account disappeared. When I overtook the file my
picture files are there but they aren't viewable pictures any suggestions?

What do YOU mean by "aren't any viewable pictures"?
What error are you getting? What happens when you try to open the files?
 
Well thanks for the response, what I mean is after I overtook the
administrator folder and tried to look at the pictures, their were jpeg
files, but when you double clicked them they were unviewable. I did figure it
out last night, I didn't know you can log in as administrator through safe
mode and copy the files to another file and then they are viewable for
everyone.

In other words - access denied when you tried to open them?
