Lost page titles

I have lost the page titles in F/page. If I insert a page title then it is
repeated in all other pages. How do I get my page titles back?

Also, I have a new page (Projects) and although it shows correctly on the
server (www.etsys.co.uk) in F/page there are no link bars at the top or
bottom of the page. It asks me to add page to navigation view, but it is
already there. How do I add the link bars?

This is my first web design so please excuse me if I am missing something
easy.

sounds like you're inserting the page title in a shared border (hence it repeats
on all pages using the shared border.

Try putting the 'title' text below the dotted line that represents the shared
border on pages that you (may) have them on.
