Lost Outlook 2003 toolbars

I have a friend who lost some toolbars. There were more toolbar options. When
he looks under customize> toolbars> he notices alot have disappeared. How
can he recover them?

He should only have 3 - standard, advanced, web - unless he installed some
addins or created custom toolbars.
 
My friend says he did not install any addins or custom toolbars. Is there any
way of "repointing" the missing toolbars to see them again?
 
what toolbars are he missing? You can delete the outcmd.dat file to reset
all toolbars.
 
Thanks... I think he had customized toolbars. I will tell him if he wants
them back he has to redo them.
