lost oulook express 2000 inbox messages on upgrade to outlook 2003

I upgraded all of office 2000 to office 2003 and successfully imported all my
folders and saved messages from outlook express to outlook, but the messages
that were in the inbox of outlook express 2000 are not present in outlook
2003. Is there any way to recover them?

There is no such application named "Outlook Express 2000". There's Outlook
Express and there's Outlook 2000. Of which do you speak? Describe EXACTLY
what you've done in the attempt to transfer the messages.
