Lost ot Damaged bsx5.dll

Can someone tell me how to fix this module? The error says
it "can't find the module bsx5.dll in C/Windows" etc. I
click OK and it finishes loading. Can't figure out what
went wrong. How can I fix it? Do I have to reinstall my XP
upgradedisk?
Please help! Linda
