lost on why my xp crashes!!!!!SOS!!! HELP!!!

i'll be playing diablo or browsing the internet and all of
a sudden blue screen of death with this:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR EQUAL

stop: 0x0000000D1

message i don't know how to fix this
and it keeps doing this every 30 minutes or so

please help
its really getting annoying
 
Hi Joe,

That error message indicates a driver issue. Troubleshooting it can be
lengthy. Check that your hardware and the drivers for it meet the
compatibility list:

I have seen this. You may have a driver conflict with another driver and/or
software. Make sure that all video/sound/chipset drivers are up to date and
that all your software that start up automatically are patched up to the
latest updates for XP.
