Lost New Mail Sound

Using Outlook 2003, have lost new mail sound. Have done Detect and Repair a
couple of times but still no success. Anyone have any clues that I could
look for to solve this problem.

Sometimes the sound "just wanders off" into cyberspace. Go to Sound Schemes
in Control Panel, find the New Mail Notification sound and reselect it. Make
sure you have Sounds selected in Outlook under Tools, Options, Other,
Advanced options.
