I did something wrong and now I only have a GUEST
account. I cant't do nothing to access my information,
because I have to be a COMPUTER ADMINISTRATOR of my own
personal lap top !!!!!!!

Now I do not have access to my personal files and
information, just to the original files.

What do I have to do to restore my owner account and to
become, again, a COMPUTER ADMINISTRATOR of my own lap top
computer ????

I'm assuming your have Home Edition. Go into Safe Mode (hit F8 as the
computer is booting). Log in as Administrator with a blank password
(just hit Enter). Go to Control Panel>User Accounts and make a new
account for yourself. Find your original files and copy them to the new
account. Log in regularly in the new account. You may need to take
ownership of the files you copied over.

Better yet, how do we eliminate that user account screen
altogether? A single user shouldn't have to mess around
with it.

Log into the new account you made and from there delete the unnecessary
account. Never delete the Administrator account. From the Control Panel
Users applet check "Use the Welcome Screen" and you'll not need to log
in at all.
