Hello Again,
I tried to Format my XP using the CD and first lost my
File format, and then managed to get a Fat format, but
whenever I try to reinstall it comes up with an error
saying Disk may have problems, yet its worked countless
times before when reinstalling XP. Any help would be
great, I think what I need to do is get an NTFS filetype
and then install, but how? I tried using the SP1
floppies, but they failed me with error code 8. Thanks
for help.

Ok, I tried the other WinXP disks, and it worked to get
me to the setup, but again failed saying Disk Damage when
I tried to format to NTFS.

Sounds like your drive is going bad on you. Whats the exact error message?
Are you deleting and recreating the partition when you do the install?
