Lost my macros...

Hi there, using W02 on XP. Creating a document that will allow user to use
shortcut keys (Alt+a, Alt+b, etc.) to insert names on a schedule. Have saved
the names as macros and assigned them to shortcut keys. So when I put my
cursor into the assigment column, I can press Alt+d, tab, Alt+m, etc and the
person's name appears where I run the macro. Works great until I save the
file to a disk. I saved the macros to work with the file rather than global
since it will need to work on any PC. I want to be able to share the file to
distant users so they can fill in the names easily too. What easy step am I
missing?

Would appreciate any help or advice. Thanks!

When you record a macro, are you sure you are storing it in the document
rather than in normal.dot? Do you have Acrobat 7 on your computer?
