Lost "My Documents"

I lost all the files in my documents after i unistalled a program that was in
that folder after that most of my folders are still there but they are all
empty i tried system restore but it doesnt restore my documents is their
anyway to get them back?

If you have not downloaded or installed anything to the harddrive, it may be
possible. If you've added files, you may have overwritten the deleted files
and
that would make it difficult or very expensive. Try this program. Download
it
to a floppy disk (A drive) and run it from there.
Restorer (Rest2514.exe)
