Lost my administrator account

When I was editing my son's account I've done a big mistake so, instead of creating my own administrator account I chnged my son's account to limited account and I deleted my administrator one, now I can't creat an administrator account for my self and just there is only one account for my son which is limited one
please any one can tell how can I creat an administrator account and let my computer works prperly

It is impossible to delete all Administrator Accounts in
XP. There has to be at least one Administrator. You
should be able to see who has an Administrator account
under User Accounts.

Greetings --

Simply log in using the built-in Administrator account (which
cannot be deleted) and modify the desired account. By design, the only
way to log into the Administrator account of WinXP Home is to reboot
into Safe Mode. For WinXP Pro, pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL twice at the
Welcome Screen will produce the standard login dialog box.
