no administrator on computer

my son deleted the administrator account, so there is none on the computer,
How do i make an administrator account. the only account on the computer is
a limited account.---HELP

Your son deleted "an" administrator account.
You son (or anyone else) cannot delete "the" administrator account.

Windows XP what? Home, Professional, other?

If Professional (or anything other than HOME) and using the "Welcome Screen"
logon - press CTRL+ALT+DEL twice at the Welcome Screen and type in the
username "Administrator" and (if you assigned a password) enter the
password. If you did not enter a password for this user - try entering NO
password and logging in.

If Home - boot into safe mode and log in as the user "Administrator". If
you know you entered a password - use it. If you did not - try entering
nothing for the password.
