lost menu

I have lost the blue menu that comes up on the left hand
side of the screen when you bring up control panel, my
music, etc. on Windows XP. There is nowhere to change it
to 'view as a webpage'. How do I get it back?

Try this: Under the View menu, select "Explorer Bar" and then select the
checked items to uncheck them. This should re-enbable the blue side menu.
