Lost Menu Bar within Folders

Hello:

I'm sure that I did something I don't realize, but for some reason the menu bar
for folders is missing.

In other words, in the My Computer or My Documents window, I have no menu bar.

Can anyone help me get them back?

- Double-click My Computer
- Click Alt+V
- Select the bars you wish to see
