Missing Menu Bar

For some reason my Menu Bar is missing.
I did Ctl + G for the Immediate Window and type in
Application.CommandBars("Menu Bar").Enabled = True
Then hit enter. But I have to do this everytime I open a database. Any
database, new or old.
Where is the setting to get this Menu Bar back on?

Found and fixed
* right click the Tool Bar and select 'Customize'
* select the Toolbars tab and then click on 'Properties'
* goto the 'Selected Toolbar' dropdown and look for 'Menu Bar'
* click 'Restore Defaults' and, Hey-Presto, just like magic the Menu Bar
appears
