lost links bar properties

When transfering a web page from one computer to another via disk, the properties for the links bar were lost. now I get an "edit the properties for this links bar to display hyperlinks here" notice, but nothing I do to the bar makes any difference. I have already double-clicked the bar and changed the style numerous times. suggestions?
 
You have to re-build the navigation structure. When using FP navigation component, you have to
always publish between machine to maintain the theme and navigation structures.
