Lost Link Bar Graphic and one hyperlink

1- I can't figure out why my welcome page link graphic doesn't display the
graphic when I publish. I only have this problem on two of my pages . The
other 3 pages work fine.

2- One of my hyperlinks won't work when published. Funny thing it did work
once and the other 10 times I re-published it doesn't. I have it linked to a
pdf document that I imported into the website folder???

I am a newbie and managed to built this site www.betancourtcommunities.com.

These are my only issues other than the site not looking like a real pro did
it. But I am pleased so far.

Remove all spaces (%20) from folder and file names from within FP.

You've linked some of the images to your hard drive and not the file
in your web:

Also, do not use spaces in your file names and use all lower case,
some systems are case sensitive.
