Lost Installation CD

Hello,

Due to a harddrive failure, I am having to re-install Windows XP Home
Edition on a customer's computer. I have the customer's product key;
however, that key does not work with the XP Home Edition CD that I personally
own. The customer has not been able to find her copy of the CD and/or a
restore CD that came with her computer.

What is the next step on trying to resolve this?

Thanks for any help.

I found out that the computer did not come with a restoration CD. The
restoration system was in a hidden partition on the old harddrive. I now
have a new restoration CD on the way...

Thanks for the help anyway.
