Lost hibernate feature after reinstalling Win Xp

Hi
I have a Samsung A10 laptop, and after it stopped booting, I have had to
reinstall win xp (full reinstall) using original samsung recovery disc
supplied. All is fine except the hibernate tab is now not present on the
control panel/power options screen.

I did have to reinstall once before and hibernate still worked, so I'm not
sure whats happened now.

How do you restore that feature?
