Lost help and support

when click on help and support get nothing. Must have
lost or accidently delete file(s)required(maybe in PC
Health folder???)Does anyone know how to fix or where to
download new files> Tried to repair with cd but says" a
needed sys file is corrupt and kicks me out of repair.

I Think u just corrupted the file associations of Help
and Support Center for this just download the file from
ahuma.org
