lost font in xp and now have gibberish

I downloaded the latest spyhunter from IOLO (System Mechanic) site. After the new files were installed, I rebooted as requested by the downloaded files. Upon restart, all fonts hare lost and I cannot read anything in windows. How do I go about restoring XP to yesterday's settings?
