lost folder

Hello
One of my subfolders in the folder list is missing. Maybe I deleted it by
mistake thinking I was deleting the email in the preview pane when the
folder was highlighted or something. Although I'm very careful but anyhow.
it doesn't appear in the deleted folder. How do I get it back?
Surely something like that goes into a recycle bin???

if you only used "Delete" rather than" Shift-Delete" then it should be in
the deleted items folder for that account. Unless you are using
IMAP....(AFAIK)

Assuming you refer to Outlook if you delete anything within outlook is goes
to the Outlook Deleted folder, unless you permanently delete, and not the
Win.recycle bin

Are you talking about Outlook or Outlook Express
