I cannot locate files that are on a floppy, some recently
created or updated. Error messages that I get are 1)
cannot find document or 2)disk is not formatted. I have
tried accessing from most recent access list at the
bottom of the 'file' menu and the 'history' of
the 'works' program. This all started after 8-9-03 (I
think that was my last entry). Any suggestions of what I
should try next will be appreciated. Thank you.

Open Windows Explorer and click on the "A" drive. If
there are any files, they will be listed. If not then you
only thought you created the files. If they are not
there, you could also have encountered a magnetic source
that erased them from the disk. Make sure there is
compatability between the operating systems on the
source/reading computers. And finally, but I doubt it,
you may have created the files on one computer using a
different drive that is incompatable with the computer and
drive on which you are attempting to read the files.
