I am having a real head banger of a problem, I have lost some files and don't
know where to find them.
I loaded several pictures from my camera to a folder named "folder", both
the jpeg and raw files.
I created a new subfolder under "folder" named "finished".
I then brought some of my photos into photoshop, changed them, and saved
them in the "finished" folder using different names.
Two days later I tried to open these files and the folder is missing. I
looked in all my folders and subfolders on both hard drives and they are
gone. They are not in the recycle bin either.
I restored my computer to an earlier date and the folder shows up, but the
files are still missing.
I have ran Viris scanners, and found nothing. I have several folders
containing the same kind of files and they are all there.
Anybody have a clue as to what happened?
