Lost file

I received a file originally prepared in Word 03.
I continued to work on it in Word 07/ Vista on my PC.
I saved it.
I now cannot find the file.
How can I locate it?

I assume you did not change the location of the file when you opened it from
the email.

If you opened the file directly from an attachment and never saved it to the
hard drive, you were saving it in a temporary folder. It *may* be possible
to retrieve it, however; see http://www.gmayor.com/outlook_attachments.htm
