Lost Encrypt user

I have an user account, and I had encrypted my documentos
directory, now i have another account, but I can't access
the old files and directory, is a way to recovery that?

You'll need the certificate and private key from the old user account. If
you can log on as the original user, you can export the old key pair and
import them as the new user:
