Lost email draft--HELP IMPORTANT DOC

I sent a email this morning and sent it to Draft. Picked it up from Draft, noticed a spelling error, corrected it, sent message. Later went back to Draft AND IT WAS GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i KNOW THERE IS A WAY TO FIND "GONERS" BUT CAN'T REMERMBER HOW.

If you 'sent' the email then a copy should have been saved in the 'sent
items' in Outlook/Outlook Express
