Lost email account

Hello,

I had some email format problems, so I was told by MS
support to detect & repair my mailbox. Unfortunately,
while in the process of doing this, a new mailbox was
creating, therefore losing all of my existing mail. I
need to get this account/mail back, as I have very
important information in it.

Is anyone familiar with bring back an old account. I
searched my hard drive for a PST file but came up empty.
Please me me know. Thanks!

If you're using Windows 2000 or XP, make sure you search in hidden and
system folders to find all existing .PST files. (Note I said to search in
hidden *folders*...not for hidden files.)
