lost e-mail's

My wife has three e-mail addresses are not delivered too. With two of these
I have sent to them from my e-mail account, same ISP, and they have been
delivered OK. We had a different set of security programs when the issue
initially occurred to now (currently Norton which has nothing I can see
logged about blocking any e-mail address) As this was from the same PC (only
changed user and same ISP. Eclipse.) I am at a total loss as to what's going
on.
In all cases the non delivered addresses have been amongst a number of other
addresses, then sent to singly. With the former as far as we know the other
addresses worked OK. There were no undelivered messages at ant time for the
"lost" ones. Clearly we are concerned that other messages may be
disappearing with out us knowing they haven't been delivered.

Any ideas as to where/what the problem may be, or ways of identifying the
cause would be gratefully received.

It sounds like a server side issue. Try having your wife email you and then
reply and see if she gets the reply.

Thanks, all other address are OK. She has an address list off well over 200.
All but the 3 are OK. We are regularly using e-mail to send between us, as
your reply. She always gets some wrong addresses, to which undeliverable
replies are sent back (its a voluntary U3A organization),. But the 3 problem
ones addresses are OK, two I have sent and had replies from.
