Lost e-mail received and forwarded to another address

I need to find a message that was e-mailed to me. After I received it I
forwarded it to myself in error, instead of moving it to the my documents
folder. My job depends on me finding the e-mail sent to me, it was from my
supervisor and now she's denying sending it. Please, please tell me what to
do

Try going to Mail2web.com or to your providers website...or do a search in
ALL folders for some part of that email.... Good luck

Does it help to click on the folder that should contain it, then View, then
Current View, then Show All Messages? This is sometimes needed for
a second view of messages you have already read.

If you deleted it after sending it, check the Deleted Items folder this way.
