Lost drivers ???

The other night I deleated NVIDA Display driver and
Windows XP display driver in an attemp to download a
updated version that didn't work. I was told the file was
corrupted and that I needed to download it from a
different source. This was from the NVIDA site.

Anyway whats happen now is I hit system restore and I now
have it back in my add and remove list but I have nothing
on the size list. Does this mean I have no drivers? I am
a novice computer user.
