Lost Disk for XP

Hi I lost my disk for windows XP and need to reinstall it because I am having
problems with it. I have the certificate sticker on the side o my computer
with my registration code, and tried to use someone else's disk with my code,
and it said it wouldn't accept it. Is there a way to get another disk? I
have a legit cert. thanks for any help!

Call up the vendor or 'borrow' an OEM version of the same as you have
installed.. it HAS to be an OEM version..
