Lost Desk top photo

I first noticed that i was deleting files from folders in my computer when i
deleted files from Recently Changed folder and i found that i shouldn't
delete from that folder so now i found that when i deleted files in my
recycle bin that the photo on my desk top was deleted. Also any thoughts???

Um, don't do that?

If you are looking to recover the deleted files, there are plenty of
freeware recovery programs on the net. Here is one:
