Lost Design Master in creating a replica

I somehow deleted the design master when I created a replica of the table and form.
When I click on the FORM tab in the database file, it won't allow me to create any new forms
Is my file corrupt? Is there anyway in getting around this. I have tons of information and cannot enter every single detail without exploring better options. Is there any way copying all the data entered in the database and creating a comletely new database?

You should only replicate tables, not forms. Split your database and
replicate just the backend.

You should be able to recover the design master from your replica. Look
under Tools, Replication menu for this option.

If that doesn't work, try creating a new database and importing the objects
from your replica. Only do this if you have no other replicas.
