I am using Windows XP SP3 with MS Office 2003 installed.Lately I reformated
my HD but forget to backup my Outlook pst. data.Again I do a second time
reformat on the same day due to the unstablity of the system.
Now I am very sad that my pst. data was unable to recover even I use 3rd
party software 'Recover My Files' to do it.
Please kindly assist me to have my pst.data recovered.Thank you.

Regards,
Steven Tan

how could you possibly think you could recover data on a disc that has been
formatted twice, best forget it, and take the lesson seriously on making
backups and often.

Personally i used BadCopy for my recovery.

And for what sgopus said i do not agree, there is two ways to format a disk
and one that most users do use is the one that can be recovered called
"quick format".

Sounds like you formatted twice; the data is probably long gone now and
it'll be faster to recreate the current stuff you need.

Or, you could pull it back from the backups you make each week or day;
why not do that? Everyone has a backup handy, right? Of ALL their
data? It's so easy to do ...

As long as it's not after the fact. ;-)
