I have a question to ask. I use a CD-RW like a flopy disk
to store program that I bought and program I downloaded
from the internet for free, I drag and drop the file to
the CD. One day I was going to use Nero to tranfer the
file to a diffrent CD, insted I erease my CD. Is there a
program I can use to recover these files off the CD, I
can't seem to find any thing.

None that I know of. All I can suggest, for the future, is to realise
that CD-R disks are cheap, and more reliable. Burn such things to CD-R
using Nero, not InCD, and you won't be *able* to erase them, which is
what you need for an archive
