lost control panel ?

I think ive just had a virus, norton didnt do anything?
had to download avg which is running now, but i seam to have no disk space
left? My control panel has disapeared and i cant get in to delete programs
etc.
Anyone help

You really have severe problems, the inability to open the Control Panel
is the least of your problems! What happened to your disk space? How
big is your operating system partition? How much free space did you
have before you were hit with the virus?

You can start Control Panel applets with the Task Manager or the Start
Menu Run command:

Make sure that you have a working backup of your personal files, your
problems may require you to wipe and reinstall your operating system.
