Lost Certicate of Authenticity

My computer crashed I was forced to totally re-format my
hard drive, and I need to re-install Microsoft Office -
Small Business Edition.

My problem is I either lost or just plain can't find the
manuel with the Certicate of Authenticity.

Is there anyway I can get this number somewhere or install
without it ?
