Darel, this is easy, all you have to do is right click on
my computer (in 2000, from the desktop, or XP from the
start button.) and click on properties.

On the general tab, under registered to, you will see a 25
key string, that is your product id.

Dave;
That will display the 20 character Product ID, not the 25 character
Product Key.
In Windows XP, there is no way to view the Product Key without a 3rd
party application such as Bruce suggests.
