Lost Admin Password

I have lost my Windows XP Pro Admin password. I think the
software is OEM and my computer supplier just pointed me
towards kellys-korner website. I would be extremely
grateful to any kind person who could point me towards
the easiest option to resolve this issue. I know there
are a few options but none seem to be easy, especially if
there are any encrypted files which could be lost 4ever.
