lost admin password

I have one account which is the administrator for my
computer. I'm running XP Home. I didn't leave a password hint
for the login screen and somehow i've forgotten/lost it. I
cannot get another person to make me a boot disk, my
computer cannot be accessed by another computer remotly,
and I cannot reboot my computer to a former state because I
have very important documents that I've created recently. Is
there any way I might be able to get my Admin password with
out doing any of the things I've listed above. Thanks in
advance.
