Lost Add or Remove. How can I expand from XP Disk?

As subject, I am running XP Pro and it was fine until I installed SP2. I
lost the Add or Remove Programs icon and complete program, seems a bit
weird.
I am running a third party uninstaller at the moment but would like to
install the original XP program any ideas?

TIA.
 
To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type:

SFC /SCANNOW
