Lost access to all users/documents folder

I'm running XP home w/ service pack two, and recently, after using the
network wizard to reset my network (a new cablemodem was just installed) I
find that I've lost access to the documents folder in the all users shared
section of "documents and settings". I'm logged in with full administrator
rights, and I keep getting "Access Denied" when I try to enter the folder
thru explorer, command prompt, etc...

Hello, did you get an answer on attached ? I have exactly the same problem.
